Hi! I'm Postdoctoral Research Assistant at the University of Edinburgh, working with David Jordan. Prior to Edinburgh, I was a postdoc at the Ohio State University, working with David Penneys. Before to OSU, I was a graduate student at Indiana University, studying with my PhD advisor Julia Plavnik. Before Indiana, I spent three years getting my master's at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa, studying equivariant topology under Heiner Dovermann.

My primary interests are algebra and (higher) category theory. I enjoy thinking about (de)categorification and emergent phenomena in higher dimensions.

• I gave a talk in the Special Session on Graphical Calculus in Representation Theory and Low-Dimensional Topology at the 2024 AMS Fall Western Sectional meeting at UC Riverside.
• I had a great time at the Scottish Talbot on Algebra and Topology ! Thanks again to the organizers and mentors for a stimulating week of math.
• I gave a talk at Quasy-Con II at Notre Dame in May 2024.
• I gave talks on invertible fusion categories at the 2024 spring eastern, and spring western sectional meetings at Howard, and San Francisco State respectively.
• I gave a talk at the 2023 CMS Summer meeting in Ottowa in the special session "Hopf Algebras and Related Topics"
• In Fall 2022 I started as a VAP at Ohio State.
• In March 2022, I spoke in the TACo (Topology Algebra and Combinatorics) Seminar at Loyola Chicago.
• I gave a more detailed version of the Non-Split Tambara-Yamagami talk, including newer results, at the 2022 JMM in the special session on Hopf Algebras and Tensor Categories.
• Together with Julia Plavnik and Cain Edie-Michell, I coorganized a special session on Tensor Categories and Applications at the AMS Fall Western Sectional Meeting last year.
• During summer 2021, I mentored for an REU with Dalton Sconce. We investigated Non-Split Tambara-Yamagami Categories, and obtained some promising preliminary results. You can view an intro video I made on the topic for MCA 2021.
